Redundancy has its downside but for me the upside definitely has been the opportunity to get back to crafting. In the boom years working as a Landscape Architect, I had little spare time for sewing or textile crafts.

Opening Sew was a dream that incredibly has actually become a reality. The idea was to open a shop with an adjoining classroom space. Finding the right shop in the right location proved to be a lengthy process. I was so delighted to find a quaint little shop in Rathmines on a side street of Victorian red brick buildings and amongst a row of other independent shops.  Perfect.

Now up and running, my aim is to continue to supply beautiful fabrics and quality accessories for stitch craft. I love meeting people at Sew especially those who share my love of creating and making.
